We accept credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash, and cryptocurrency.


🔒 3. Is a deposit required?

No deposit is required with Full Insurance.
If you choose the Medium Insurance Package, a deposit is required and the amount is specified on each vehicle’s page.
✅ You can leave the deposit in cash and get it back immediately when returning the car.


🛡️ 4. Are the vehicles insured?

Yes, we offer 3 insurance options:

  • Basic Insurance: €5

  • Medium Insurance: €10

  • Full Insurance: €20

You can select your car and rental dates directly on our website.

🚘 6. What is required at the time of delivery?

Your driver’s license and passport are sufficient. A rental agreement will be signed upon delivery.

Our 24/7 roadside assistance is always available. We’ll provide a replacement vehicle if necessary.


👥 9. Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, for an additional €2, an extra driver can be added before signing the rental agreement. A valid driver’s license is required.

Yes, we offer intercity drop-off services. Additional fees may apply.


🧾 11. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before your rental starts.
Late cancellations may incur a fee.


📏 12. Is there a daily mileage limit?

Some vehicles have a daily limit of 200 km.
A fee of €15 applies for every 100 km exceeded.


🍼 13. Do you offer child seats?

Yes, child seats are available for an additional €5.


🌍 14. Can I drive the car abroad?

Yes, you can travel abroad:

  • Balkan countries: €15

  • European Union countries: €40


15. What is your fuel and cleaning policy?

Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned the same way.
