Car Rental Agreement and Terms of Use
This agreement is made between Bor Media doo Anatolia Rent a Car (Tax ID: 4202400910070, Address: Kasindolska 32, ILIDZA, SARAJEVO, BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA) and the person renting the vehicle. In this agreement, Bor Media doo Anatolia Rent a Car shall be referred to as the “Owner,” and the person renting the vehicle shall be referred to as the “Renter.”
Reservation and Payment Terms
Reservations can be made through our website (info@anatoliarentcar.com), by calling +387 (61) 144-939, or in person at our office. Advance payments can be made ONLINE (via credit card) or OFFLINE (bank transfer or cash). The final payment must be completed at our office before picking up the vehicle.
The listed prices are for informational purposes only, and the company reserves the right to change them. All changes must be made in writing.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer a flexible cancellation and refund policy:
1. Reservation Cancellation and Refund
We offer a “No Prepayment Reservation” option, meaning you can reserve the vehicle without paying upfront. If you have made an advance payment and wish to cancel, the full amount will be refunded if the cancellation is made before the rental period begins. Refund processing time depends on your bank but usually takes 5-10 business days.
2. Early Vehicle Return
If you return the vehicle before the end of the rental period, you will receive a refund for unused rental days. Insurance and additional service fees will also be refunded proportionally for the unused period.
3. No Refund Situations
- No-show without prior notice.
- If the vehicle is returned damaged or the rental terms are violated.
- Additional charges apply for late returns, exceeding mileage limits, or failing to follow the fuel policy.
General Terms and Conditions
The following rules apply:
- The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and in the same condition. Extensions must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- The vehicle may not be used in the following situations:
- For illegal activities,
- Races, rallies, test drives,
- Transporting more passengers than permitted or carrying hazardous goods,
- Under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- For paid passenger or cargo transportation.
- The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years. A credit card is required.
- The vehicle may not be driven by unauthorized persons.
- Address changes must be reported in writing.
- The vehicle must be parked securely and locked when not in use.
- All vehicle documents must be returned; otherwise, the renter is responsible for related costs.
- Towing, fines, and traffic violation costs are the renter’s responsibility.
- The vehicle cannot be taken outside the country without written permission.
- The company is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Routine maintenance costs are covered by the company; costs due to negligence are charged to the renter.
