General Terms
Bor Media doo Anatolia Rent a car (“Owner”) rents the vehicle to the renter for the agreed period. The renter agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition at the date and time specified. Rental periods may be extended subject to additional deposit payment and owner’s consent, with notice given at least 24 hours in advance.
The renter agrees not to use the vehicle for the following purposes:
- Transporting illegal goods according to the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina and other jurisdictions.
- Towing or pushing other vehicles or trailers.
- Racing, test drives, rallies, and motor sports.
- On roads closed or unsuitable for normal traffic.
- Carrying passengers or goods exceeding legal limits, including explosives and flammables.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Paid passenger or goods transportation.
The renter must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years. A credit card is required for the deposit.
The renter shall not allow third parties to drive the vehicle without the owner’s written consent, and all additional drivers must be registered in the contract. All drivers are jointly responsible.
Any change of residence must be promptly notified in writing. Otherwise, legal notifications sent to the registered address are considered valid.
The vehicle must be parked locked in a secure location. The renter is responsible for costs related to loss or replacement of official vehicle documents.
Any costs arising from vehicle seizure by authorities are the renter’s responsibility.
Fuel costs are borne by the renter.
Maintenance and Repairs
The renter is obliged to regularly check water levels and tire pressure. Periodic maintenance can be done free of charge at authorized owner service centers; other repairs are paid by the renter with invoices made out to the owner.
Costs of repairs or replacement due to normal wear and tear are covered by the owner, while damages due to negligence or misuse are charged to the renter.
