We have prepared everything for you in a simple and understandable way, from delivery conditions to driver's license requirements, insurance coverage to payment details. A valid driver's license, ID or passport is sufficient. A minimum of 3 years of driving experience may be required for some vehicle models.

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card, money order/EFT, cash and cryptocurrency.

No deposit is required from customers who prefer Full Insurance. In the Medium Insurance package, a deposit in an amount determined specifically for the vehicle is requested. The deposit payment can be made in cash and is returned in the same manner when the vehicle is delivered without any problems.

Yes, all our vehicles are insured. We offer three different insurance options:

  • Simple Car Insurance: 5€

  • Mid Insurance: 10€

  • Full Insurance: 20€

You can make a quick reservation by selecting a vehicle and date on our website. We also provide support via WhatsApp or phone.

Driver's license and passport are sufficient. The rental agreement is signed mutually at the time of delivery.

What procedure should be followed in case of an accident?

 

We provide support with our 24/7 active roadside assistance service. A spare vehicle is provided when necessary.

Yes. An additional driver can be assigned for a daily fee of €2. The additional driver must also have a valid driving license.

Yes, intercity vehicle delivery is available. Additional charges apply for this service.

 

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental time are free of charge.

 

Some vehicles have a daily limit of 200 km. If this limit is exceeded, an additional fee of €15 will be charged.

 

Yes, child seat service is available for €5 per day.

 

Yes, you can travel abroad with our vehicles:

  • Balkan ülkeleri: 15€

  • Avrupa ülkeleri: 40€

 

Our vehicles are delivered with full tank and are expected to be returned in the same condition. In cases of excessive dirt, a €10 cleaning fee may be requested.

Delivery and return transactions can be carried out at any time of the day.

 

Yes, we issue invoices to all our customers who request them.

Yes. We offer free car delivery service to Sarajevo International Airport.
